    Everything Green replaced a number of dead plants and spread 35 yards of mulch. A really big job, but they made it look easy!

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We provide great customer service. Our customer retention is very high. As stated, we have a 4.95 out of 5 score for customer satisfaction. We take great care in the entire process. The communication with the client at the start of the process is most important part of the process. We invite input during the process, but typically we end up in sync with the client's needs and intentions. It is important to us to have a happy customer. It is not uncommon for us to be invited to neighbor properties once they see the quality of our work. We will hold our standards against any of our competitors.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. What do we like the most about out job? We love doing this work every day. We love working outside and doing the heavy lifting for customers. Interaction with the customer at the close of the job is what we like most about our job. Seeing the customer interaction with the elements of the final product is rewarding. Customers enjoy taking something that was in their mind, to a point of actually seeing it on their property. Sometimes it is a challenge to take it from point A to B, but seeing the project come together at the end is very rewarding.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. With the state of the economy in the past several years, cost is a typical concern of customers that we encounter. For those customers that have budgeted for a particular project, cost effectiveness is a concern. With every installation or service, there are usually a number of options for each stage of the plan and installation. We are able to talk through those options with the client. It is helpful to learn what level of expense they are comfortable with, so we know where to suggest cost reductions. The main objective is to end up with what the customer will be happy with.
