- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First - a brief, informal discussion/connection to determine if we resonate with each other at an energetic and emotional level. Next - if this first impression (either virtually or in-person) "feels" right, we'll move to a more formal "intake" process that dives deeper into purpose, values, expectations, and more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've achieved Advanced Communicator - Silver (ACS) inside the Toastmasters International organization and locally via the Classic Communicators Club. I have accumulated more then 1,000 hours of yoga instruction along with 200-hour teaching certification. One of my most favorite "designations" is 30 years alcohol-free following a 12-Step recovery program from Alcoholics Antonymous. I graduate from the University of Georgia in 1983 with a degree in journalism.
