Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Our most common jobs are in remodeling. Bathrooms, kitchens, basements, etc.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Ask for references from prior clients. Ask to see before and after pictures.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. That most general contractors do not perform the actual work day in and day out. They have someone else on their crew perform the actual work or they sub contract the work. I have my hands in every aspect of our work.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. The buyer should have a plan for what they want done. Of course, there might be some changes in the plan as work goes on depending on unforeseen circumstances or if the customer decides to change something. We are very flexible and can work with the customer on design, materials, etc.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We perform our work as if we were working on our own homes. We use only high quality materials and have affordable pricing.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. What I enjoy most about my job is the reaction I get from our customers when they see the finished product. I have yet to hear a customer say they were not satisfied with our work.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Usually customers ask me how much i will charge to do certain things.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. That I am not doing this to get rich by overcharging customers. I offer professional, high quality work at affordable prices.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. I am very proud of the work we performed for an elderly client. She had accidentally set her kitchen on fire. We repainted every room, cleaned all of her carpets, refinished a hardwood floor in one bedroom, cleaned everything and completely remodeled her kitchen. It turned out better than she ever expected and she continues to be a loyal customer to this day.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. Our most recent project was a complete bathroom remodel. We removed and replaced the oversized tub, sink, toilet, flooring, repainted and installed bead board. It took six working days and was less than $4000.
