Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Really everything is about equal. We do alot of drywall, painting, flooring, and carpentry. There is usually a little more painting due to the fact that sometimes you just paint and those times that you do the drywall you could also get the job doing the painting but sometimes the owner is a painter and they just dont do or like to do drywall. So thats all you do for that customer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Check references as well as past work and even visit our websites and get more than one estimate

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. The steps and process of how to get the job done productively

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. References and time frame and of course price and what your getting for your price

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Approximently what there budget was and what all they was wanting to accomplish with that amount. And then I would say a time frame that they are looking towards there project to start.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. In all the years I have only had one complaint and I always try to make owner happy and it shows with our refrences. I do what I say I am going to do, in the time manner we discuss at the beginning

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I like taking something that looks a certain way and seeing it change, by the way of either just painting it or doing carpet and/or several other things that can take place to change the appearance of a place. Such as home, business, church or really in environment that you can see

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. What color do I like when it comes to painting a certain area a certain color? And my response is that it is a color that you like and that u have to like it and i could just tell u which I would prefer

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. That not everybody that you hire is going to be professional and I would always ask for some references from different people to see what there experiences were like. Word of mouth is a good tool and by using the add her it helps spread word of mouth in a bigger way

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. All my family have been in it. I started when I was in school on summer break or spring break with my uncles. Then once I had the experience in all these trades I decided to go forth and start my own company

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. I had a homeowner call from thumbtack to do a job that was a bit of a drive away and I wanted to get done before her husband got home and we completed that task it was to surprize him

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Everybody claims to be a painter, but there are so many things and products to learn and how to manage your time in getting task done on time with drying, replacing of trim or wood. Work under someone for awhile and have good people skills

Q. What is your greatest strength?

A. My greatest strength is people skills. I have a family just like everyone else and my references mean everything in this business. I would and am the same way when I hire someone to do a job for me. Needs to be neat/clean job sight and do the job right that your getting paid to do.
