- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Absolutely. We have a starting rate for weddings, and set pricing on all of our add-ons. This allows you to customize your own package with only the things that are most important to you. We do offer bundle discounts for clients that want to purchase several add-ons along with our DJ Service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We must be a good fit for each other. The best way to find out is by meeting in person. We have a wonderful office on the Square in Crown Point, which gives us a chance to find out exactly what your needs are, and how we can help make your vision a reality!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend training seminars every year on important topics such as microphone skills, lighting, music and video editing, etc. In addition, we are proud members of the ADJA (American Disc Jockey Association), and attend monthly meetings. You can never stop learning in this industry, and there is always room to improve.
