I can't say enough good things about Olson Property Services. From painting, to carpeting to odd little jobs around our home, Tom and crew have done it all. Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Look for honesty and integrity. It may cost a little more up front but the value will come in a long term relationship that will save you lots of money and headaches down the road! Always make sure the people you hire are insured! Get all your prices or proposals up front and in writing and never give a painter more than one third of the money for the project up front I usually get 1/3 up front the first time I do work for a new costumer but after the first job I rarely ever take any money up front unless it is a large job.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. If you are in need of a painter you should have some idea of colors you would like? what areas or rooms you would like to have painted? if you want the ceilings to be painted at all and if you want them to be a flat finish and the walls an eggshell finish? Is there a lot of patching that needs to be done? Some kind of a Budget you are looking to stay in. Is there wallpaper that needs to come down and if you are willing to take it down or are you willing to pay my company to strip it for you? How soon you would like to have this project done and if there is a deadline for when the project needs to be completed by? And last is there furniture that needs to be moved and are we going to move it or will you take care of that for us!
