Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Here at the Law Offices of Jason R. Moseley, we help our clients file for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy protection. We are with you every step of the way and we never make you feel like we are doing you a favor...We work for you!!!!
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Always ask how long the staff has been working at a particular firm. High turnover at any office is often a telltale sign of a poor work environment. High staff turnover also leads to inefficiency. When you are looking for an Attorney, just ask! A good firm will be happy and proud to share this information with a prospective client.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I worked in Construction for 12 years prior to becoming an Attorney. My clients know that I can relate to their problems, large or small. Additionally, I always try to help my clients understand the legal process, without talking over their heads. Lastly, I have a bulldog mentality and I fight for my clients best interests.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love being an attorney. I carried a 28 foot ladder and climbed 30+ feet in the air in all types of weather. Putting on a suit and helping people with their legal problems is fun and rewarding. Given my past experience, going to work everyday is easy.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Most clients want to know what can be done about their particular legal matter. Then they want to know how much representation will cost. Because my consultations are free, my clients leave my office with a thorough understanding of the risks/rewards of a particular matter. Further, my fee structure is very transparent and easy to understand. Last, I accept cash, check, and several credit cards. For some clients, a reasonable payment plan is available.
