Full service catering: appetizer buffets presented on large custom mirrors, dazzling dinner buffets with marinated protiens, fresh exciting side dishes, signature salads, soups, lunches and made from scratch desserts. We take care of all of the details, from set up, crowd management, buffet service, clean up and tear down. We even remove the trash, and will not leave the jobsite until we know you are 100% satisfied. We do a large number of special parties, from lunch, breakfast, dinner, app buffets, third shift, and many other special occasions. We specialize in last minute bookings and large parties that require special attention to gourmet cusine.
