Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Quite simply, we're known for doing things right the first time. We're also known for fixing the "repairs" of other area "computer techs," "computer geeks," and "friend who kind of knows computers." We also hold ourselves to a high degree of honesty and integrity. We get to work with computers all day. The nice thing is that each computer can present different challenges - meaning is not the same "put part A onto part B" work. There's nothing wrong with that, of course, it's just that we love that each day and each project isn't cookie cutter.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We provide a vast array of different services for our customers. We seem to be most known for our advanced Virus Removal service. We are able to find and remove virus issues that most anti-virus programs and in-home techs" cannot. We can also remove trojans, spyware, malware, rootkits, and other evil things. We also perform quite a few laptop screen repairs. We're always receiving referrals from other customers.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

There are too many to list. Here is something that happened yesterday: We had a customer call about a laptop that was less than 1-year old. His laptop would no longer turn on. He took it to a "computer tech" (and I say that loosely) and was told that he needed a new motherboard at $500 (it was a high-end laptop). We told him to bring it in and we found out he only needed a $20 power adapter. We saved him $480.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the person is reliable and honest. Too many "computer techs" want you to replace your motherboard or entire system when you might just need a simple part. Another thing we've noticed is local home techs advertising a $20 price, then tricking you into a $150 repair by the time you're finished.
