Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Our most common types of jobs are shingle roof cleaning. Alot of people do not know that you can have your roof cleaned and leave it looking spotless. Most of our clients think just because they have a dirty stained roof they need to replace it. This is not true thats like saying replace your siding or gutters because they are dirty. Our system involves using cleaners that we apply on the roof using no pressure or damage and allowing the solution to eliminate all algae and bacteria spores. The same day all stains are gone and the roof is left looking great.
It is approved by all shingle manufacturers!

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Our shingle roof cleaning is approved by all shingle manufacturers. We do not use high pressure to clean a roof doing so will void the warranty. We offer a 3 year warranty for roof cleaning. Our house washing involves using cleaners to eliminate algae, mold and mildew using no high pressure the cleaner does the work followed by a low pressure rinse. Our products are from professional cleaning companies not big box stores.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Showing clients a better way to clean with proven results. Also by educating them the correct way how a pressure washer is used and the cleaners that need to be used as well with the job.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Is roof cleaning safe? Yes we do not use a pressure washer on the roof, only a chemical treatment that is approved by manuf.

What is soft or low pressure washing? Method of applying cleaners on the surface that work on algae, mold and mildew then lightly rinsed off no high pressure blasting.

Is algae on my homes exterior damaging? Yes and it is also bad for your health. The algae stains the siding worse and damages the surface also if you have allergies the algae and mildew on your home make it worse.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. Not all pressure cleaning is the same. Just because someone owns a pressure washing machine does not mean they correctly know how to use it. We use a soft washing method with all of our cleanings. Our system with washing homes consist of applying a solution that will eliminate algae and mildew followed by a low pressure rinse. We do not use high pressure to clean the exterior of a home. We use professional cleaners to provide a professional job leaving your home looking great and algae free.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. Recently I cleaned a home and wood deck. The customer was very happy how clean the gutters and vinyl siding came out. He had never seen low pressure cleaning done before, he was always use to someone using high pressure. The cleaning solutions I used made the home bright and smell clean. It just goes to show you that it is all about the product that you use. We use professional cleaners for a professional job using low pressure. The wood deck was also cleaned using low pressure and all algae stains were removed using our cleaners. The client was thrilled to see how the wood deck wash much brighter and algae free.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Right now we are working with professional chemists on different cleaners that will make roof cleaning and house washing last twice as long. We are also upgrading our equipment to use more steam cleaning for algae and mildew removal. Using better cleaning solvents will put us way beyond into the future of cleaning. Home owners will also have to be more educated on what we do because so many still do not know a roof can be cleaned safely. keeping up with the future of pressure washing will always be great for our company and for future clients that do work with our company. Last we are also working on doing more cleaning jobs that will help keep our rivers and streams safe from harsh chemicals.
