Standard pricing assumes that you are a standard client, with standard needs, and standard expectations. We talk, discover and formulate what suits YOUR needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We hungrily gather info. The more we know about you and what you like and don't like, the more we can meet your needs, and understand the style you are going for!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years, and many screw ups. The best way to learn what works is to know what doesn't. You don't forget what you mess up. Along with that, two careers heavily invested in customer service.
