I had my first work out with Michelle Shoemaker today. I have never used a personal trainer before so I was a little nervous. Michelle was so nice and personable that I am "almost" looking forward to losing the 150 lbs necessary for me to have a healthy body. I'm really happy that I picked Michelle Shoemaker out of the "line up" of trainers available.

Michelle is kind, caring and fun to work out with. I have worked out with Michelle for several months and she makes sure to set up each client for success by giving you meal suggestions and by also helping in other areas. She knows some great techniques to help you through pain you may have lived with for years. You will not regret choosing Michelle as your personal trainer.
