A. If a Disaster has hit your area please contact us, we will assess the damage from local Volunteer groups and Churches in your area and deploy to your area anywhere inside the United States (48 States) with Volunteers and Supplies from the local needs list.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Get the Red Book from our website, it can teach you all you need to know to be prepared and aware. Disasters are only going to get more frequent and more violent.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. What is your procedure? How much experience do you have? Are you a registered business? What precautions do you take?

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. We always check into the situation in an area before deploying, this way we can assess the true need for our Team. We get some calls and emails that certain areas need help, but when we contact that area we get sorry we don't need anymore help. Please ensure your area is in need.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. 3NDV started our Non Profit Organization because we all felt that the larger Government and State ran Organizations have lost sight of what is truly important, the storm victim themselves. We have seen too many families in need be denied because they had basement walls standing while the rest of their house was 6 miles down the street. We do what we do for no pay, no fancy vehicles, no fancy big warehouses. 3NDV is 100% Volunteer!
