A. Check references, project photos, warranty information & see if they have the right tools for the job. Also get your bid in writing

A. Is this type of work something you have a lot of experience with, and always ask for an estimated completion schedule.
IF they don’t know how long it will take they probably not sure how to complete the job.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Be as specific as possible as to what service you would like performaned. Have a budget in mind, and if you get several quotes, if one is substantially, lower, thee is a good reason. Don't hire someone based on the lowest bid, look for quality.
