  Joyce Home Improvements helped in several remodeling jobs at my home. New wood and tile flooring throughout the house, sanding and resurfacing hardwood floors, several plumbing fixture replacements, a new bathroom put in upstairs where one hadn't existed, and a new deck on the back of the house.
  Very pleasant to work with. Quality job done for a fair price.
  We were very pleased with the finished work. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

  Charlie has done an excellent job building my fence in the back yard. With the downhill slope it was a difficult and time consuming task that he never complained about. He remained completely professional the entire time he was there and was diligent in cleaning up after himself. He also took a look at a small plumbing problem I was having in my bathroom, he replaced a piece of flooring and reinstalled the toilet and replaced the internal components. He completed all jobs in a very timely manner. He has done excellent work and would highly recommend him to others and use him again for any home improvement needs!

  We had water damage in our "vintage fixer upper". I was very fortunate when a friend recommended Joyce Home Improvements, LLC. "You can trust them and they do high-quality work." She was right. They were professional, easy to work with, and reliable.
  
  They removed all the damaged materials/items, helped me select & then installed the new items, put down the new tile & sealed it, and fixed the plumbing. They did an amazing job and they did it within our constraints. I work full time and have three small children, which had to be a hindrance, but JHI was very family oriented which was very helpful.
  
  I'll be using them again as we remodel, and I highly recommend them to anyone.

  We had a great experience with JHI. We had significant ice damage to the inside of our home in Feb 2011. While a restoration company tore it up and dryed it out, JHI was the one who restored our home to it's initial state of beauty. They hung new drywall, painted, and hung trim. All work was done timely, professional, and cost was reasonable.
  
  In addition, we needed a new roof. What impressed me most is that JHI took pictures of our roof and showed us the wear and tear. It wasn't having to rely on someone's word only, it was seeing the real damage. We received 3 estimates for the roof, and JHI was the most reasonable. They had two crews on the job and completed it all in one day. We were very pleased with the results.
  
  I would use JHI again and highly recommend their services.
