Introduction: I have 35 years of experience in commercial and residential HVAC. I started my business in 2011 when a small school corporation I'd taken care of for several years encouraged me to. We have steadily grown over the last four years and have a handful of commercial and residential customers who value our work and continue to use our service regularly. Our team consists of my Office Manager and myself. We are licensed, bonded and insured and can provide that documentaion at request. Our current commercial customers workflow is pretty steady, which enables me to do fill-in work on residential HVAC. This allows us to be very competitive with our rates, including low markups on equipment. We are an honest company. We're not about trying to sell a new system to every customer we meet. We are working class individuals with families of our own, so we understand what families are up against these days. We also provide install and maintenance on water heaters, as well as some electrical work. I run all calls personally so that each customer knows who they are getting each time.
