  I had Keith and his team rehab an abandoned townhome that I had purchased to hold as a rental.
  
  They were great to work with and did quality work. The first prospective tenant that viewed the property fell in love with it and has since moved in. She wants to buy the place also!
  
  The quality of Keith's work has given me many options to exit the property.
  
  Bottom line, I wouldn't hesitate to work with Elite Contracting for my next renovation.

  Keith and his crew put up a 6 ft. privacy fence on 2 sides of our yard and installed a gate. The quality of the work is great, it matches up to our neighbors fence and is secure which is very important as we have 2 large dogs.
  
  We appreciate the hard work and the level of professionalism. I felt very comfortable with everyone and even left my house when they were here. This is a very trustworthy company.

  Elite Contracting did a FABULOUS job on our lower level Family Room renovation. 500 square feet of heaven is how I refer to it now. No longer the dungeon feel it once was with 70's paneling and track lighting that only highlighted the negative. In only 7 days this room has been transformed into something I never thought was possible. The attention to detail with the molding all the way down to the Wood laminate floor pattern is just unbelievable. Highly enjoying the recessed dimmable lighting and built in surround sound speakers during family movie night. We just had the neighbors over last night and they were all speechless. Once the shock was over, they all asked - do you have their business card!
  The service they provide is like none other that I've dealt with in home renovations, and we've had our fair share. Professional, on time, and great sense of humor, made this project seem very manageable with very little interruption to our daily lives. Also, the prices can't be beat.Keith was available to answer all questions during the entire process and made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. He went above and beyond what I ever expected a contractor to do, and I can't say enough great things about him and his company. I really wish I would have found them 2 years ago for our past renovations! I have my list ready and I can't wait to see their handiwork in the rest of our home. 10 stars for service, and their work is just stunning. Highly recommended from a VERY satisfied and delighted customer!
