Question and answer
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Remember that investigators are trained professionals. The television detective is a fictional character. Investigators will not break the law for their clients, nor breach privacy exposing a risk to any persons.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. The internet is a slippery slope. While it provides an abundance of information, most of it is outdated. As an experiences investigator, I know that the internet is a good tool but just that, a tool. It takes legwork and experience to gather solid information.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. There is no information that is not important information. Even the smallest detail can be enough to break a case open. Before you make contact with the investigator, have as much information that is available to provide to the investigator.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Customers usually ask about the fee and hourly rate. I am priced very fairly for a tough economy and the customer is usually surprised.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. The newest generation of investigators are able to combine the newest technologies with old-fashioned gumshoe practices.
