We are the home of the $8.95 + tax per person meal which includes:
Full-service buffet dinner (2) entrees, (3) sides, (2) drinks, dinner rolls, delivery, setup, tear down and clean-up.
I offer home-style cooked meals in a buffet style setting.
I have catered several events and have received great reviews. I will be glad to provide you with references if you wish to inquire of them.

Yes. I provide free taste tests for your chosen menu items.
Will you hold my date?
Upon initial contact and agreement to a taste test, your date will be held until the time of taste test. Upon completion of the taste test you have 3 business days. After the expiration of the 3 business days a deposit is required to hold your date.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I prepared meals for family and friends' functions. My family and friends continually encouraged me to pursue the profession. My first real challenge was preparing the meal for my brothers wedding of 400+ guests. I enjoyed it so much, I decided to pursue catering as a profession.
