Basically, Marcy Mangold is just the most talented chef I have ever known. Her range is phenomenal and she can whip up dinner in no time at all and her food is always delicious and made with love. Marcy's attention to detail is impeccable as in her salad dressings, sauces, seasoning. I have no hesitation in recommending Marcy highly for anyone wanting home style cooking to sophisticated food. She is the best!

Question and answer
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I stand out because of my welcoming and warm personality. My abilities to cook is a God given talent and passion. You can not teach a chef how to taste they either have it or they don't. I am blessed.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I find it very rewarding cooking and serving great food. I also get a lot out of teaching enthusiastic foodies. I love helping families out in need of this service, giving them an opportunity to come home and relax with great food . It has been a wonderful occupation for me to raise my two boys. It has worked around my family needs. All and all I am greatly blessed to do what I love to do and support my family.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. What's your favorite thing to cook?
I don't have a favorite. I just love to create, and cook all foods. Well, maybe pies are on the top of my list. My clients have a few favorites like my fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, fresh green beans, and Indiana corn and tomatoes. I have a flare for Italian and Mexican cuisine. I also cook wild game. My grandmother was a big influence on me and my grandfather was a hunter\fisherman. I love to by organic and use local grocers. I pay close attention to no additives and artificial preservatives, colors and flavorings. I also enjoy helping people out with their food allergies. I know how hard it is to enjoy food again after figuring out what is bothering them. I love to explore cooking new recipes and old time stand byes.
