Question and answer
Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Upgrades, virus removal, spyware removal, software installation, system optimization, hardware replacement, custom builds, Operating System re-installation.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Check their credentials, ask them if they have ever encountered a situation like yours and if so what did they do.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Alot of questions can be answered via google. When phrased correctly you can find just about any computer problem you need to solve.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. My company believes that building a relationship with our clients is the most important thing, it not only ensures that they get the best possible service at the time they need it but also gives an idea of how we may help them in the future. It is very important to us to treat our clients with respect and make sure that their every need is taken care before leaving or returning their items.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. All of our team enjoys doing what they do. That is why we all read up on the latest technology , computer problems, and newest threats to end users of PC's. We do this because it is our passion to be the best we can be in our field and we know it requires consistant research and studying to be able to stay sharp.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Can you fix this or can you help me figure this out?
It is especially hard to determine exactly what I need to do to help the customer when I get these questions over email or on the phone. I am happy to help anyone with any computer issue they may have, and so I can better help the customer I prefer to meet with them in person or they can bring their computer to my location. I can better diagnose computer issues and help the customer more efficiently and in a more timely manner.
We strive to offer excellent service to our customers and stay up to date with our training and make sure that we have current industry knowledge because that makes the difference in how well we can offer you the customer the best service possible.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. I am able to offer the same kind of services and in some cases more than the "big box" computer retailers and I don't charge what they charge. I know this from personal experience because I used to work for one. I also know from experience their support boundaries limit how much a technician can actually help a customer. I will generally have lower prices, more personal service and one to one time for any questions you might have.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. It was my passion and has been for 12 years.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. There are a few well known sites within the industry that we study through and test on every three months just to stay as current as we can. The websites provide the latest content to study and test on.
