FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for dance lighting and uplighting can vary. For quoting purposes, I am including 5 lighting effects which are computer program controlled so that the can be changed to match the song playing. Beat synchronized uplight are the new thing for weddings as opposed to overly blinding dance lights hung from truss. They are fantastic. See my website for examples of how they work. I can offer up to 16 uplights per event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Quote Pricing 2) Send Contract for Review (if requested by customer) 3) Ask customer to e-sign a legally binding agreement to ensure that I will reserve the date until a deposit can be paid (if required) 4) Meet or setup a Conference call with customer about 3 to 6 days prior to the vent to go over the details of what is expected. 5) Collect balance due upon completion of services 6) Give opportunity to write a review on Google, Wedding Wire, or Thumbtack.
