Mr. Webb called before he arrived. Did the work from the top and the bottom of the chimney. Explained updates that I might want in the future for my insert. He was very informative and did a nice job.

Although there was some confusion in the beginning, it was rapidly dealt with successfully by the owner. The crew came today when scheduled and started off with a careful review of the fireplace and flue. They then performed the job neatly and with care not to leave any mess in my living room.
