    The Color You has done work for me off and on in my Irvington home for the past 2 years. No job is too big or small or unwanted. Their experience lends itself to knowing best practices and approaches with each job. The work is done with much professionalism and always on time. The Radke's clean up after themselves and are very respectful of my home, treating it with much care. I have always been pleased and pleasantly surprised with their work multiple times and would highly recommend their services.

    I renovated a 1930's home this past summer/fall. I had The Color You do quite a bit of work for me from tiling to hardwood restoration to putting in lighting. They were always on time, trustworthy and reasonably priced. I would recommend them for any job.

    I live in a very large home on the near eastside. The home was built in 1892 and required alot of work when I moved in. The Color You was referred to me by a coworker who had just had their kitchen remodeled. They repaired my foundation, gutters, and siding. They also put up a new fence for me along with numerous drywall repairs.They showed up on time and did not leave until I was happy. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a home improvement company.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. My advice would be first to have a budget in mind. Then stick to that budget. If your budget is $3,000 for a bathroom remodel and you get three quotes; $4,100, $3,800 and $1,900. Don't sign on for the lowest bid.
You always get what you pay for and I have had plenty of experiences fixing another contractors mistakes and the homeowner spending twice as much as they saved.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Generally speaking, if you called a home remodeling specialist or company, you are not going to get nearly the same level of personal involvement and service that you would get if you contacted us. Most remodeling companies sub out alot of their work. We however are with you from the estimate to the final inspection and clean up.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love the problem solving aspect of my job the most. I also really enjoy taking an average space in a person's home and turning it into to something of their own. Its a great feeling to see a customer 100% satisfied with the project and that is always our goal.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. The most common question I get is do I charge by the hour. The answer is no. Typically when I bid on a job or a project I discuss every detail of the project with the customer. From there I take that information and provide the most accurate and inclusive estimate I can, providing the total cost of project.
