Was quick to respond to the initial inquiry and was prompt for visit to provide estimate. Called day of installation to say his car broke down and he would call when it was fixed. We did not receive a call with an update or to reschedule. We sent message that evening and did not receive a response.
Review update: We received call the next afternoon to come do the project and we agreed. He was friendly and courteous. Completed the job as requested . The reason for not giving 5 star is because I feel like we should have received a callback the same day to reschedule.
