Hi! If you are looking for help around the house, then you have found the right post! I provide light, thorough, and deep cleaning services for apartments, condominiums and houses.

What is light cleaning? It entails:

-Dusting
-Wiping down surfaces
-Tidying
-Vacuuming, Sweeping, and Mopping
-Collecting trash
-Making beds, if requested

What is thorough cleaning? It entails everything mentioned above, plus thorough cleaning of bathrooms.

What is deep cleaning? This cleaning is just like the light and thorough, except certain tasks will require a bit more elbow grease such as:

-Move-in or Move-out cleaning
-Large amount of dust
-Large amounts of pet hair
-Cleaning behind stove
-Tidying a place with more than average clutter
-Cleaning inside refrigerator

My clients like me because I am affordable, fair, friendly, and trustworthy! I do negotiate with my clients because I want us both to be happy and respected!

I normally charge a flat rate, and the rate depends on the number of rooms, bathrooms, and tasks. I charge hourly for very large homes, move-in and move-out cleanings, and large/tedious tasks.

The first few times cleaning I will ask for cash, and then I will accept checks from trusted clients.

    I once called her while I was moving out of my apartment for cleaning. And guess wat ? I got my deposit back from the apartment people. Because the house was clean !!!...She does her work soo well , in fact she did more than I expected for such an affordable price. She did her work very neat and clean.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. I would advise you to make sure you give as much detail as possible about your home and your needs, so that we [cleaning providers] know exactly how we can help and how much to charge. Also, make sure you feel comfortable with the person/business you go with. And don't be shy, we like to get to know our customers! [Or at least I do] :)

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I have heard from past and current clients that large cleaning businesses send different cleaners to their home every time. What I have noticed is that clients [past, current, potential] want interaction and want to build a relationship with the person who is cleaning their homes -- and I bring this to the table! I create relationships with my clients!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I like meeting different people -- they are from different walks of life, diverse professional and cultural backgrounds. It is a lot of fun to learn about them and how they like their home cleaned/taken care of.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Customers usually ask me about...me! They are also interested in knowing where I come from, how I started cleaning homes, my cultural/ethnic background, and my educational/professional background.

Of course they also ask how much I charge, too ;)
