Work was "NOT" completed per her checklist that she sent to me. Paid for a deep clean, the only thing that was cleaned was bathrooms completely. Everything else was looked over. Simple stuff as dusting ceiling fans was not completed. Obvious grease was not touch on ovenhood. She took advantage that I had an infant at home with me. She closed my ticket out and said I couldnt walk on floor for 15 minutes. I NEVER had a chance to look at her work until she was gone. I called and texted to see if she would come back out to see that the work was not completed. She advised that she prefer to give me a partial refund. I tried to mediate thru Thumbtack with no response. So to make sure she knows she is wrong and cant do people this way, I have decided to pursue legal actions against her and her company. Also, I had to have fire department come out, the oven cleaner was not rinsed out, when I went to cool dinner, my oven gave off a toxic smell and filled my house with smoke. Terrible!!!

Ms. Shawna, I believe you have reviewed the wrong company, as this is not a service we would have provided, nor has the fire department ever been called to one of our cleanings for harsh chemicals. Devon

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We always advise any customer calling, whether we book the clean or not, that they should always go with a legit company. One who is fully insured and can show you proof and not just say they are. Make sure you are able to research the company and all cleaning techs that arrive to clean are fully identifiable with some type of credentials or uniforms. You should never allow someone to come in your home, around your personal belongings and family without proper credentials. Safety is of the upmost importance.
