A. Residential and Commercial cleaning services, Laundry and organizational services. For a full list on the services we provide, please check our website . Please contact our office as we do accommodate special request.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure to stick with companies that have testimonials and/or reviews. Avoid dealing with individuals or people who claim they will always be the ones to clean for you..... Usually dealing with owners won't last long, if they are successful...It is impossible for the owner to be successful and provide services to everyone and always be the one "on site".... These are promises that simply are not plausible. Our company has tried to keep the concept of sending the same crew out every time and it has worked for us because the amount of workers we have. We designate crews to certain areas and unless they are sick, that would be the only reason we would send a replacement. We have a 98% attendance record.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Well, it is true in this industry you get what you pay for. Did you know that almost anyone can "open a cleaning business" and what most home owners do not realize is that they leave themselves open for liability if they do not ask the right questions. It is important to know that you are hiring a service and not contract workers. A home owner can be liable for worker's comp, insurance, taxes, unemployment and much more if they hire someone versus a actual cleaning company. With our company we take care of all of this for you. You are not our "employer". You are our client.

A. We are known for doing what other won't. We do not cut corners, we scrub them. We do not wipe around things, we pick them up and clean. A. We love meeting new people and helping them get their properties back under control. It brings joy to our hearts knowing we were able to tackle something that a client thought was not able to be saved. Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. The owners of Indy Cleaning Pros decided they were fed up with the cleaning services they received from several cleaning companies on their own properties. Long story short, they decided to enroll in college, take business training and dedicate many sleepless nights to organizing and preparing one of the top rated and high-end cleaning services in Indianapolis.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. We provide weekly training of all staff and workers. We believe that by training our workers and meeting once a week also allows our company and workers to communicate with one another as well as provide advice and suggestions. We are also members of several cleaning service organizations and attend several conferences throughout the United States each year.

A. Pricing varies on the property size, areas to be included and the amount of time that is needed to properly clean your home. We never leave any property "sub-par" or "partially cleaned"! We provide free quotes over the phone or by using our Live Chat, located on our website. You can also receive a quote by scheduling with one of our managers. There is a $5.00 charge to cover the cost of gas.

A. It takes a lot of work and dedication. You simply can not decide one day to open up and clean houses. You have to learn a lot of tricks and secrets because no two homes are alike. You have to know what to use, where to use it and how much is safe.....there is a lot to learn...
