    Zyonic Technical Services LLC is a very trust worthy company for all your computer needs. If your looking for a friendly, timely, and effecient company at reasonable prices then ZTS is the company for you. I currently use ZTS as our technical support team at Astro Facility Mgmt and they have done wonders for our company. I will defiantly use them for my home computer use. I have used a few other companies to repair my home computer and they just made it worse and I had to spend more money in the long run. I would refer anyone who is looking for awesome work at an affordable price to give Zyonic Technical Services a chance with your home or work network.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure that you hire someone that knows what they are talking about. It is very important for technicians to be able to explain information in a format that is comprehensive to the customer.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I would want to primarily know what made the individual choose this type of career. Possible drill-in to the type of passion and drive that the individual has; I believe these things dictate what type of service the customer will receive.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. How long have they been in service? What do they specialize in within their field? How much the service costs? How long will the service take until completion? Is there a warranty for the service provided?

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Pricing. Multiple issues, or issues that require hardware purchasing tend to push the customer to their budget's threshold. Ensure that you are very aware of what it takes to complete the project; that way, you are less shocked by the price and more enthused by the results.
