The company came out for an initial estimate. There was dialogue around price, and I started the date for service. I was under the impression that we had the date confirmed but at 6 that morning the day of (Saturday)I received a text message asking to confirm again. I was traveling out of the country on that day and didn't receive the text message until several hours later. I sent back a message explaining why I didn't respond but asked to reschedule with an offer to prepay. I waited 2 weeks with no response. I followed up with the final text this week, only to be told that they no longer had space in their schedule for the home. I was disappointed that the communication wasn't clear. I do wonder if the lack of communication stopped because I requested to have receipts in the form of invoices or emails, as this is not my home and I would need to be able to show payments to the homeowner. I don't know how the service is but the communication is lacking.
