Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure the people you hire have no criminal past that you bring into your home. Make sure the people you hire are dependable, that they look and act rational, that they are not going to come into your home and do things you wouldn't let anyone else come into your home and do... I would NEVER leave my house unattended for a service until I trusted them and had a repertoire with them. My mom did that and had her storage building robbed...
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. If you're moving and need a house cleaned, there are places in a house that you would never think to clean that need to be cleaned, such as registers, ductwork, pipes under sinks, etc. Never leave any spot undone when presenting to prospective clients...
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. A consumer should tell the professional what he is looking for then ask if that person can accomplish that task, then ask if there are any suggestions or tasks that the professional suggests... Communication is the key to every productive service!!!
