- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have one of the most competitive and transparent pricing structures in the industry. A lot of management companies will lead you in with low leasing and management fees to only nickel and dime you for additional services after you after you sign the management agreement. Not at PMI Midwest. We are so confident in our fee structure and services we do not charge a termination fee to cancel with us, as our competition does.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is to assess the investment property and the owner and make sure we are a good fit as your management company. Through this short interview process we will learn what your goals are, both short term and long term. After that, we do a site visit and begin the process of market analysis to maximize the return on your investment both short and long term. This is accomplished through our vast experience, knowledge of the Indianapolis market, advanced marketing, state of the art software and financial reporting and, most importantly, staying in tune with your personal goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an investor myself in the Indianapolis area since 1996. I started buying property and fixing it up myself. My portfolio then grew into where I needed to hire staff to help. That is when PMI Midwest was born. I now manage property for investors and I continue to be an investor myself in the Indianapolis area. This gives us up to date market knowledge of this area.
