Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Quickbooks is one the most popular accounting packages in the world. There are many support personnel in the industry, but many are not versed in the depth of understanding how to properly utilize the Quickbooks features that make the process well understood to the user. In this way they tend to hold the client hostage, so that they may never take control of the system. We will ensure you and your staff understand the process, so you will no longer require our services in the future.

A. Each indusrty has unique needs in regards to the accounting detail necessary to properly analyze and manage the business. Ask the prospective provider if they have worked within your industry, or understand your business requirements.

A. We have worked with QuickBooks even when it was a DOS based program. We have worked with many 3rd party industry specific management systems to intergrate QuickBooks into the process.

We have provided training and consulting services for QuickBooks worldwide since 1997. Our primary focus is on service related businesses, but have worked with manufacturers and professional service businesses for many years.

A. Seeing business owner suceed with their dreams and their business prospering.

A. I spend over 250 hours per year in professional development activities, from seminars, training classes, or reading.
