Wallace Tile and Floor Service is an American family-owned and operated, full-service tile and flooring installation contractor. We serve all your complete tile, flooring, and interior contractor needs. We cater to customers' designer layouts and prints. We serve commercial and residential accounts.

Our services include:

We have over 28 years of experience in the tile, flooring, and construction trades. We offer top-notch, old-school, skilled craftsmanship. We offer specialized service, designed to fit your budget. We take special care to finish details. We leave the work site clean during and on completion. We are fully commercial liability insured. We warranty all labor.

Your tile or flooring may be installed for as low as these starting rate prices:

* tile set: $2.75
* sheet vinyl: $0.50
* vinyl composition tile: $0.35
* laminate: $1.00
* hardwood (prefinished): $2.00
* carpet: $0.33 (relay over existing pad and tackstrip only)
* flooring prep. or take up and haul away: $1.00 per square foot
* Minimum charges (repairs and small jobs): $90.00 (or lower)

All above price rates are based on basic labor only. At starting rate prices, it is by the square foot. Some prices may vary by quantity, and (or) type of product and installation. Materials and unforeseen labor will be extra costs, only upon a written order. Moving of furniture and appliances will be an additional cost.

Before you go to the home centers and TV ads, call us for a free estimate. We visit in your home (or job site) and offer our evaluation of the installation process for your best (in some cases, same day) written estimate.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Our Company's main percentage of work performed would be complete kitchen, bathroom and custom shower remodel. Commercial and Residential.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. The Customer should always get at least 2 bids from top rated experienced known Tile Contractors, also get 2 bids from an advertized discount Tile Contractor or flooring company. Then The Wallace Company will try too match or beat their bid in most cases with a lower price on labor (and) or materials, and with our Company we will perform a higher detailed quality of work.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We are a Interior remodel company from trim to fixtures, floors and walls. We specialize in Custom Bath, Shower and Kitchen remodel. Commercial and residential. With a Customer satisfactory signed acceptance of completion on all our work done. The Customer has a limited warranty on all labor performed.
