When you hire Hawk Tile, you hire not only a company, you hire a family business that cares about the work it does. The quality of work is unparalleled. Their work ethic is unquestionable. The attention to detail is worthy of praise. I have never worked with anyone in this capacity, who took it upon themselves to be my 'eyes and ears' on a jobsite where I couldn't always be present. Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Always check references and ask questions. Make sure the installers are experienced. If they can educate you on all of the materials and setting mortars, they know what they are doing. Get more than one quote, that is very important. Make sure you only pay for what is installed, not the waste factor that is required!
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Do you have insurance? and verify it!! Do you have a list of references? Call them and check out the work that was completed and how satisfied they were, or find out if there was any problems. Are they willing to itemize their bill? Where is your money going!
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. All of our work is done as if it was our own home. Bathrooms are unique, and the extra mile is always taken for our customers. We like to educate them about material, polish the tiles to avoid bull nose tiles that often times do not match.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Making our customers dreams into reality. All of our jobs are treated like they are our own homes and family. Each job has a unique situation and requires a unique installation.
Q. What is your greatest strength?
A. Creativity and knowledge, but most importantly a strong work ethnic. You can’t cut corners and use cheap materials. Each project should get the best you have to offer - a superior install.
