Joe was prompt and thorough. He spent a good deal of time on the roof which was steep. He took lots of pictures and explained everything well. He was very considerate of the owners home.

Everything went well! Joe is a very knowledgeable person. He inspects every single detail of the house and give you an explanation on how things should work or how to make sure they will last longer. He climbs to the roof, he gets to crawl spaces, never complains and always smiling. He repects the privacy of the house and makes sure he leaves everything as he finds it. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University. I also have extensive training in all aspects of home inspections and hands-on construction experience.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the inspector you are considering hiring has YOUR best interests in mind. Unfortunately, there are some inspectors who think they work for their pet real estate agents and don't want to "kill the deal".
