Josh was excellent to work with. Professional, ahead of schedule, gave accurate estimate for material delivery and completion - had two doors installed in a day and half. He brought air purifiers in and used plastic to seal off the area while my wife was pregnant without even being asked, he was great to work with.

Elite Property Renovations can complete any type of project within a timely manner while staying on schedule. They have plenty of experience working on commercial & residential projects, safety training, as well as OSHA compliances. When it comes to doors, frames, and hardware, I would not recommend anyone else with more experience. Elite can also weld hollow metal, install wood trim, has expensive carpentry experience in multiple divisions, and helpful jobsite communication skills only technicians with years of background would entail. I fully support and recommend this company to any general contractor and/or builder.

Josh was great! He was very responsive, asked detailed questions about the project, and was able to get us an appointment quickly. Pricing was reasonable, he was on time, and the work is exactly what we wanted! I would recommend him to anyone, and wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again!
