We chose Esther because she responded fast and to the point. We had a budget and did not have time to listen to a sales pitch about fancy pictures! We knew what we wanted, and she listened and said she could do it for the price we wanted. It was that simple! We never met until the day of my wedding, but we communicated several times to make sure she had all the needed info. She was on time and took over 400 photos in 4 hr, which was perfect for us! She even let my difficult family choose poses and assist with the pictures! She was excellent and made our day memorable! If you're looking for a great photographer that won't break your budget, go with her! Thank you Esther!! 😊

Esther truly made our wedding day more special than we could have ever imagined. We wanted someone to be by our side to capture our special day. We did not do a traditional wedding, rather a simple yet personal service at the Kane County Courthouse in downtown Geneva with the judge, followed by an outdoor photo session at the Fabyan Forest Preserve along the Fox river. Esther put us at ease immediately and helped us relax while capturing the special moments. Her attention to detail, creativity, use of light and landscaping really shone in her photographs. She was able to customize and tailor a session for our needs and budget. Additionally, working with Esther is a breeze. She is open to suggestions and ideas, she communicates effectively and promptly and delivers on what she promises. From the initial inquiry, terms of the agreement and execution of the contract to checking-in and confirming prior to the day of, Esther is professional, responsive and attentive. I hired Esther to take a family portrait of 21 people. I was very nervous of hiring someone on the internet. Esther arrived early to the job, was so pleasant, & came to work. She came in & looked over the location where I wanted to have the photo taken. Esther than gave some recommendations & then began to move furniture, by herself, to set up. She organized my family & took the photos. I hired her for the hour, but the shots I wanted only took about ten minutes. She than took small group & individual shots. It was hot outside where we took these shots, yet she remained calm & did this all with a smile on her face. A true professional who is a joy to work with.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
NOTE! Still photography services. No video services. Esther Snow charges per hour of photography. This per hour charge includes organization and minor retouches of the images. All photo sessions are booked through a contract and paid in full prior to any photography.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Esther asks a lot of questions to gain clarity on all photography needs. All details and notes are included in a contract.

Esther Snow has a Bachelors in Spanish and an Associates in Communication Graphics. Her background also includes print graphic design.
