Housekeeping

I know most of you don't have time to work and keep house. Not to mention all the socializing you have to do during the season. So let me help.

I am a mother of two and a wife of a retired military. I love to clean. I am like no other housekeeper you will ever have. My job is never done. Each week, the house just gets better and better. I will try everything I can to do the most beneficial job I can do.

Please know I am not perfect but strive to be. I like to leave the house knowing that the client I am serving will come home to enjoy the comfort of a relaxed, clean home.

My services include but not limited to: changing and washing linens on beds, blinds (just dusting them), baseboards (just dusting them), inside windows when needed, vacuuming, fans, dusting, morning dishes only, bathrooms, all rooms of the house (not closets).

No refrigerators unless asked to do so and that is 10.00 extra. No ovens unless asked to do so that is 5.00 extra. I will do all that I can do and notice. I hate to leave things unfinished. If you are not sure what I will or will not do I will be sure to let you know at the time of a walk thru with you.

I use my own supplies unless you have special supplies that need to be used due to allergies. I however, will use your vacuum. I do weekly and bi weekly. Unfortunately, I don't have the availability to accept one time only services.

My services is a maximum of five hours per day. I do not get paid by the hour. I am there however long it takes me.

My fees are: Two story homes 75.00 ea level after is another 5.00 dollars. Any home with more than two bathes will be 75.00 after the fourth bath it will be 5.00 per bath added. This is due to the extra attention I have to give each bathroom.

The first cleaning of any home is 80.00 for the deep clean that is generally needed the first time. I do excellent work and I have references to back up my claim. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.
