Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. We remove a lot of viruses and malware from systems. We have a unique approach to make sure all infections are cleaned. We also do home and small business networking. We specialize in cloud services by offering online backup, home and business serverless network sharing, and also develop websites and offer computer and social network training.
Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.
A. Moved a server from a very hot room to an actually cooled room. This require us to install shelves to place the network switch, re-run and test all wiring to 15 stations in the office, and make sure all systems worked as desired.
Replaced a small business workstation with a new system. Worked to install all software and move over all settings and recover all data over to the new machine.
Developed a website for a client and then trained them on how to login and make changes on their own.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. We need to speak with you personally before any project or repair is started.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. There is always a way to fix a problem. However, it usually takes longer than we wish, costs more than we desire, but the good news is we will make it Perfect!
