Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. 1. Search engines are your friend! Check reviews!
2. Interview the people working on your car. Make sure they actually enjoy what they do.
3. Don't shop on price alone. We can put cheap parts on your car and take short-cuts... But we don't!

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. BMW's are great cars, but do need more maintenance than some of the other cars out there. This is the trade-off for a car that DRIVES like a BMW! Not just any mechanic can keep you BMW up to the same level as a specialist. We spend thousands of dollars a year for specialty tools and equipment so we can provide dealer level service at a fraction of the cost.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. 1. Why do you do what you do? The answer should be: "Because I love these cars"!
2. Can you provide references?
3. Are you insured?
4. Are you a specialist?
5. Do you have a computer specifically outfitted to communicate with my car's brain?
6. What do you drive?

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We are an enthusiast based shop. Our target customer is... well, us! It's easy to satisfy customers when you share a common interest and common goals. Our goal is to be the shop we would visit if RMW didn't exist.
