We provide experienced nannies who are meticulously screened for their background character and capabilities caring for infants and children. Most of our nannies are college educated and all have a minimum of three years full-charge experience as a nanny.

We match a nanny perfectly to your family's needs and do all the screening, background checks and through search for a nanny who is qualified and professional. We place part-time, full-time nannies, mother's helpers, newborn and/or night nannies, summer or short term nannies.

We also place house managers with nanny duties for families who need help managing the home along with family responsibilities. A house manager can help with home maintenance, organizing, family schedules, cooking, shopping, and other details and errands needed for a busy home.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. An agency provides service that you will not get going through an internet site that collects profiles of job seekers. Database Nanny websites collect all their data from the candidate. There is no screening of who can post and their background checks have a complete disclaimer in them for accuracy or reliability. An agency is checking out all aspects of a nanny's background: experience, references, past employer's remarks and reviews and a background check that the ID and information gets verified that it is the actual person submitting. Many families do not realize that this "do it yourself" method poses many risks - in addition to vast amounts of time emailing and calling potential nannies.
