What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing wedding florals is not as easy as it seems. You can go to some places who offer packages for you to choose from but then your wedding looks just like 10 others they did that month. I LOVE custom pieces for brides. I offer them the ability to choose any in season flower and run with the ideas! I cannot just give you a price on 1 bridal bouquet and 5 bridesmaids bouquets with out going over specific details. It is all about the details!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Working in a floral shop was my very first job! The shop was called Posy Patch. They hired me because I came in all the time to buy my mother flowers and they saw my love for the business. I will be forever grateful that they gave me that opportunity! -Joann & Phil Hughes
