- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no hidden fees or surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we first to connect via email or phone. Then depending on where the client lives we can have a Skype session or meet in person to see if we both feel we are the right fit for each other. Sometimes a client will book me just by email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained professionally at a photography school and attend workshops every year to sharpen my skills.
