Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. I am a jack of all trades but I specialize in repairs that require a lot of detail and thought.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Look for experience in your repairman. Ask for references. Ask if the repairman has experience with that particular type of repair. Ask if they guarantee their work.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Honesty, affordability, 25 years experience in home repair, going the extra mile, and the ability to work on your home/business repairs. I understand the economy is bad right now, I keep this in mind when I bid/quote every job.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Seeing the finished product or seeing the overall improvement of a finished repair and the customer's overall satisfaction with a job well done.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. What are their best options to repair the problem at hand. I always try to give them multiple, affordable, dependable, options to choose from.

Can we fix it instead of replace it? After looking at the problem if it is possible to replace I typically quote the cost to replace versus cost to repair
