A. Dont go to geek squad!
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I enjoy solving problems for people, especially dealing with their PC's. I know that computers can be frustrating and confusing, I like to be there when people need someone they can trust and rely on to solve the problems.

A. Can you do "this"? The answer is Yes :)
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. Everything I do involves passion and I am very passionate when it come to computer systems. It takes a lot of patience and dedication to get into this kind of work. They have always said that if you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life. I believe in this quote, I enjoy my work especially when I know how frustrating the problems can be to someone and their personal life. Let me deal with the hard parts, its what I do. Let's get you back on your seat, working on your projects with the security and efficiency you need.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. It is what i enjoy and find fascinating. Also, my father has always been involved with computers. I have always gotten the hand-me-downs when he would upgrade, so I took interest at a very early age.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Yes, I am a student at Purdue.
I am studying Computer Information Systems and Technology with a focus in Networking. I am also a hardware guy, I cant get enough of learning about technological advancements and achievements. I read a lot of internet news with technology and I am also a member of various nerdy communities like Anandtech, Tom's Hardware, Technibble, and many many more. I also use the work from this job to stay up on the latest. Every problem is a fingerprint, there are no problems that are the same.
Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.
A. I can only price my service according to the job itself. I use a flowchart system of "go ahead" or "stop here". I don't charge for work that I haven't done. I am right by the side of the customer rooting for the best, I am nothing but a tool used to fix the problem. I aim at recommending the efficient route thinking long term, not a job done just enough to get you back next week.
Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. If you dont like people and you can't find patience and tolerance, this is not for you.
