I offer catering and banquet hall under one roof. Hall can be rented separately. I also offer high-caliber buffet catering. I am easy to find. I can cook here and travel to you locally, or I can cook at the venue if kitchen is available.
Menus can be customized. Signature items include meatballs, antipasta salad, relish tray royale, and an egg casserole (with a special name).

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Please make sure you have a couple of alternate dates in mind just in case. Ask if the deposit is applied toward the event cost. Ask about any discounts.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. In an effort to be frugal, you can use square linens to cover round tables. They are only 1/3 the cost.
