About
Matthew is an award-winning magician who happens to be a deaf. Magic Morgan provides entertaining fun for all ages, from young children to sophisticated, jaded adults. He offers three types of programs - Stage Illusion, Magic and Comedy, Close-up Street Magic, and Balloon Sculptures.
Matthew's grandfather introduced him to magic when he was six years old, and he has been fascinated with all things magic since then. Some of his tricks involve live animals.
Matthew combines humor and mime in his act and communicates in the universal languages of fun and amazement during his show. He has performed at Milwaukee's Summerfest, state fairs, and other events throughout the U.S. and other countries (Russia, Japan, Ukraine, Canada, Panama, and more).

I have seen Magic Morgan and Liliana MANY times and I plan to see them again. It's always that much fun! My 4 year-old and I laugh through the whole thing every time. What sets them apart is the highly visual, quick pace and high energy of the show. Yes, they are deaf performers and use some sign language, but that's hardly the attraction. There's nothing more tedious to me than the blah-blah blather that makes up most run-of-the-mill magician shows. Cheap jokes and cheap tricks. Morgan is color and energy all over the stage with self-effacing physical humor that lets the kids in on the jokes to their excitement instead of making them the butt of jokes. Morgan's joy in performing is palpable and infectious. His wife and assistant is the perfect foil, an accomplished magician herself, unlike the usual pretty faces onstage only to disappear. Morgan's show is entirely clean and appropriate, even his adult illusion performances. I've never heard a grumble in any audience; they are too busy clapping and trying to keep up with Morgan and all his doves coming out of nowhere. This show is more on par with famous dramatic acts and just seems not to have been nationally discovered yet other than by the Madison WI Overture Center where they draw 600 to capacity 3 shows in a row with folks turned away. 5 stars

In my over 30 years of hiring performers for our summer library programs Magic Morgan & Liliana put on the finest magic show I have seen. First rate program that thrilled the audience both young and old.

Absolutely Amazing! Magic Morgan & Lilana's Show was a hit. This is their second time performing for us. This was not only enjoyed by the K-12 students who were our special guests, but the adults in attendance were equally entertained and enjoyed the show. Smiles and laughter filled the auditorium. Thank you for coming to our school. We are huge fans!!! We look forward to our next booking.

Magic Morgan and Liliana did 7 assemblies at 3 of our elementary schools and an evening performance for families at our Oak Park High School Pavilion. The Oak Park High School ASL Club and Honor Society was involved with the evening performance bringing real life ASL practice to the students.
