Adam (and Travis too) were awesome. They really did their homework by going to the site and spending time figuring out where the best video shot would be for our 10 year anniversary bash held at Oaks Park (sun light, background etc..). They also took time to meet us again on a different day to hash out the details and offer some suggestions. He also asked for our original wedding video so he could creatively incorporate that into our current video and made it look like an old film, even though it was only 10 years ago! I love our final product as he put special touches of Oaks Park into the video. He was really easy to talk to, a good listener, very professional, and accountable. All of my emails with questions were promptly answered. He even offered to bring tables for me, just in case I needed them. After researching different videographers, I noted that JAK Studios had the best price too and you cant beat that.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always ask about the type of equipment the videographer will use. There are distinguishing characteristics between consumer grade and professional grade video cameras. The most important feature to ask what they use. If they don't have at least a 3 CCD or a 3 CMOS sensor then they are not using professional grade equipment.
