A. A lot of desk top support
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Look for someone who is honest and won't talk around your question ( If I don't know I will let you know and find the answer) and someone who is customer service minded.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Always research and try what you have found and then ask questions.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. They need to know the business objective as it relates to technology, and where they are trying to go with it.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I believe that if you empower the user (educate them) it makes the relationship stronger and opens the lines of communication and helps build the customers confidence

A. Assisting the client in learning what their needs are

A. How do you ??? Instead of telling them I show them so that they can do it.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. How it takes a special person to have the natural talent to do the job and the patience as well.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I started reading books after helping a friend who was a computer operatior and it came so easy to me and then I started building my own network at home and it went from there.
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. teaching a music professional (local) who had never used a computer and showing him how to burn cd's and how to use the computer to work for his line of work. It took some time because the PC is very new to him.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. I read a lot and I am currently working on getting my CCNE.
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. Micorsoft is changing things with Windows 7 and Cisco is also making new improvements for the average pc client.
Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. Go to school and their CCNE before going into the workforce.
